Spouse & Guest Registration:

NEW Process for 2009

Spouse and Guest registration is now SEPARATE from the main attendee. Each individual MUST have their own registration. Once the primary attendee has completed registration, there will a button that reads 'bring a guest' at the top of the confirmation page. You will need to click that button in order to register another attendee (ie. spouse/guest) and have them linked to the primary attendee.

Cost:

$99.00/per person - July 5, 2008 - June 30, 2009
$149.00/per person - July 1, 2009 - July 31, 2009
$169.00/per person - On-Site Registration

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will incur a $30.00 per person cancellation fee and must be received in writing to Attn: EcoQuest 2009 Convention, 9779 South Franklin Drive, Suite 100, Franklin, WI 53132 or by email at ecosystems@owt.net. Cancellation deadline is July 1, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. CST.

Name Replacements:

A $30.00 per person administrative fee will be retained for all name changes. Name replacement deadline is July 1, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. CST.

The 2009 EcoQuest Host Hotel, The Hilton Knoxville, only has a few rooms still available at the preferred EcoQuest Rate.
